EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or more commonly referred to as tapping gives you the power to heal yourself, putting the control over your destiny back into your hands.
The practice consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through traumatic memories and a wide range of emotions.
Tapping is simple and painless. It can be learned by anyone. You can apply it to yourself, whenever you want, wherever you are. It can be used with specific emotional intent towards your own unique life challenges and experiences. 1:1 REIKI SESSION
Reiki is universal life force energy. It can follow the chakras and even focus on a specific area of the body. That energy can also be channeled to an emotion, a physical imbalance, or even a situation!
Do you feel like something is off. It could be something physical. It could be something emotional like stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. It could be something spiritual.
You do not need to know anything about the chakras – I will explain everything to you!
During a session, all you need to do is relax and meditate. We’ll chat before and after, where you can ask questions and I will explain everything I’ve seen, felt, or heard during the Reiki
Session will also include a card pull.
